Scope
This Policy applies to directors, officers, employees, applicants, contractors, and workplaces controlled by the Company. Host-country law applies to international operations; U.S. and Delaware requirements apply where they have jurisdiction.

Commitments

Reporting and non-retaliation
Concerns may be raised through management, Human Resources, Legal, or the Whistleblower channels. Retaliation for good-faith reporting, requesting accommodation, opposing discrimination, or participating in an investigation is prohibited.
Delaware requirements
For covered Delaware employment, this Policy will be administered consistently with the Delaware Discrimination in Employment Act and applicable notice, accommodation, wage-discussion, and anti-retaliation requirements. Human Resources will update protected-category and posting practices as law changes.
Administration
Implementation accountability rests with Human Resources and the Compensation Committee. The responsible function will maintain this document and update it following a material legal, regulatory, operational, ownership, or business change.
